Choosing an industry at the beginning of your career can be daunting, utilise this unique program to explore the emerging industries in South Australia.

Be connected with your peers to develop and grow over the 18 month program, meeting mentors from various industries and participating in professional development connection days that will help you to thrive in the workplace.

How does it work?
Application Process
When you apply you will create a profile about yourself that you can update and self-manage, using the LiveHire platform. You can stand out from the crowd by personalising it, all about you!
Personalised Online Assessment
Once you have met the core criteria, you will be invited to participate in an online assessment suite that will help you unlock insights into yourself and how you relate to the world of work.
Brief Digital Interview
As you’re updated on progress, and if identified as a preferred candidate, you will be invited to participate in an online video that asks you to describe and reflect on some of your key traits, interests and experience.
Engagement Interview
We will invite you along to meet with us to help you explore further insights into the program, and you may be invited to participate in a more formal interview with the program lead.
On-boarding and Talent Community Support
Congratulations! If you’re selected, we will commence your on-boarding through a series of engagement steps with your first host employer. And don’t worry, if you’re not selected, we’ll continue to support your journey through your engagement within the Talent Community on LiveHire.
Professional Development Program
This program offers key sessions with dynamic, practical and interactive learning content through face-to-face connection days, as well as webinar check-ins to allow you to connect virtually. You’ll also get 1:1 coaching from an experienced success coach over the length of the 18-program, and with our flexible self-paced online learning modules and micro-credentials, you’ll be provided with core professional skills that compliment your face-to-face learning.
