The Department of the Premier and Cabinet will collect and use your personal information to support the Government of South Australia in administering the Program and providing you with additional information in relation to the Program.

By entering your information into the online form, you consent to the Department’s use of this information to enable the Department to administer the Program, including to provide you with updates in respect of the Program as and when those updates become available.
